How We Help Injured Workers

Practice Areas

We help injured workers file WSIB claims correctly, gather supporting evidence, and avoid delays that can affect benefits.

When WSIB decisions are unfair or incorrect, we guide you through the appeal process and advocate for a better outcome.

If your claim was denied, we review the decision, identify weaknesses, and help challenge the denial effectively.

We assist with loss of earnings benefits, ensuring income support accurately reflects how your workplace injury affects employment.

We represent injured workers at WSIAT hearings, preparing evidence, submissions, and advocacy to protect your rights.

We help applicants prepare and submit CPP Disability claims, addressing eligibility issues and strengthening supporting documentation.

We assist with Human Rights Tribunal matters involving workplace discrimination related to disability, accommodation, or injury.

We help workers navigate short-term disability claims, including insurer requirements, documentation, and denied benefits.

We support long-term disability claims and appeals, working to secure ongoing benefits when injuries prevent continued employment.
